LOT 206 AND 207, BLOCK 4, HOMELANDS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3105 W WILDER AVE, TAMPA, FL 33614; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on September 10, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
