NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 9, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-032008 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. is the Plaintiff and JAMEY L JENKINS, CHARTER MILL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at George Edgecomb Building, 800 East Twiggs St. Room 201/202, Tampa, FL. 33602 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4TH day of September, 2012 at 02:00 PM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 4, Charter Mill Townhomes, a Condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 4524, Page 496, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 7, Page 62, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
