NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2012, entered in Case No. 12-CA-005608 DIV D of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Benefit of the Certificateholders of the CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-BC3 is the Plaintiff and Steven D. McCumber; Unknown Spouse of Steven D. McCumber; Beth McCumber, a/k/a Beth A. McCumber; Unknown Spouse of Beth McCumber, a/k/a Beth A. McCumber; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Room 202, George Edgecomb Building, 2d floor, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, beginning at 2:00 PM on the 13 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, SCENIC HEIGHTS, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
