Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the County Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in Collier County, Florida, more particularly described in Exhibit A, at public sale, pursuant to the final judgment, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on September 4, 2012.
EXHIBIT A
Condominium Unit 20-105 of Mariposa at Whippoorwill Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3919, Page 2136, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
