NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 8, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-004301 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and MILTON MARTINS A/K/A MILTON MACHADO MARTINS A/K/A MILTON M. MARTINS; TENANT #1 N/K/A CLIFF JOSEPHSON are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 6 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 102, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 31, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
