Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
UNIT 100, VISTA RIO, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the declaration of condominium recorded in Official Records Book 794, at Page(S) 1445, et seq. of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration, as may be amended.
and commonly known as: 100 Valley Stream Drive, #100, Naples, FL 34113, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, on September 4, 2012, at 11:00 A.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
