Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10 day of September, 2012, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
