Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. in accordance with chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 6th day of September, 2012, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
Units 104, 105 and 106, Livingston Old 41 Plaza, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3620, at Page 68, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
