Notice is GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2012, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the First Floor Atrium area of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on September 4, 2012, the following described property:
The West 180 feet of Tract 70, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, Unit No. 26, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 15 & 16, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, in Naples, Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
