Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2012, and entered in 1200119CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and STRATOS ANDREOULAKIS A/K/A EFSTRATIOS ANDREOULAKIS; ANNE ANDREOULAKIS A/K/A A. ANDREOULAKIS; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in Atrium on the First Floor of the Courthouse Annex, at 11:00 a.m. on September 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 3, OF SUNNY TRAIL HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
