Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 7, 2012, and entered in 09-3083-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-3 MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and GREGORY J. PACER; GREGORY J. PACER, AS TRUSTEE UNDER AN UNRECORDED TRUST AGREEMENT AND KNOWN AS THE GREGORY J. PACER REVOCABLE TRUST OF 2006 DATED 12/1/05; THE VINEYARDS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK N.A; AVELLINO ISLES CONDONINIUM ASSOCIATION INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in Atrium on the First Floor of the Courthouse Annex, at 11:00 a.m. on September 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1301, PHASE 1, A VELLINO ISLES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF THE CONDOMINIUM THEROF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3658, PAGE 1599, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
