Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2012, and entered in 12-CA-770 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE Bank NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5, is the Plaintiff and CARL D. SCHUMANN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARL D. SCHUMANN; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in Atrium on the First Floor of the Courthouse Annex, at 11:00 a.m. on September 10, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 62, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 103, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
