NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 1101147CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings & Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and James R. Bresnahan, Individually and as Trustee; Nancy M. Bresnahan; James R. Bresnahan as Trustee of the James R. Bresnahan Living Trust; United States of America, Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service; Midwest Holdings, Inc., A Florida Corporation; U.S. Bank National Association; Lancaster Square II Condominium Association, Inc.; and Kensington Park Master Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on September 10, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 2, Building 13 of Lancaster Square II, a Condominium, According to the Declaration of Condominium recording November 21, 1996 in Official Records Book 2253, Pages 866 through 963, inclusive, as amended, Public Records of Collier County, Florida
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
