A portion of Lot 23 and 24, Block 43, NAPLES PARK, UNIT NO. 6, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, page 15, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southwesterly corner of Lot 23, Block 43, Naples Park, Unit 6, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, page 15, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; Thence N 01Ëš00'00” W along the Westerly line of said Lot 23, the same being the Easterly right-of-way line of Vanderbilt Drive, a 60.00 foot right-of-way, for a distance of 54.00 feet to the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 23; Thence S 89Ëš51'10”E along the Northerly line of said Lot 23, for a distance of 52.90 feet; Thence N 51°58'25” E, for a distance of 8.09 feet; Thence S 89°51”10” E, for a distance of 37.19 feet, Thence S 44Ëš51'13” E, for a distance of 7.01 feet to a point on said Northerly line; Thence S 89Ëš51'10” E along said Northerly line, for a distance of 38.29 feet; Thence S 44Ëš29 38'” E for a distance of 8.88 feet; Thence N 88Ëš59'00” E for a distance of 11.12 feet to a point on the Easterly line of said Lot 23; Thence S 01Ëš01Ëš00” E for a distance of 47.91 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 23, the same being a point on the Northerly right-of-way line of 94th Avenue, a 60.00 foot right-of-way; Thence N 89Ëš51'10” W along said Northerly right-of-way line, the same being the Southerly line of Lot 23, for a distance of 156.99 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Bearings refer to Naples Park, Unit 6, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, page 15, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, FLORIDA FORECLOSURE ATTORNEYS, PLLC, whose address is 601 Cleveland Street, Suite 601, Clearwater, FL 33755, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, response due by, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
