NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for Collier County, Florida, I, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the following real property and personal property, situated in Collier County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
LOT 3, BLOCK 237, MARCO BEACH UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 47 THROUGH 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
all at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at Collier County
Courthouse, in the first Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida, 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on September 4, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
