notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-009115 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein OneWest Bank, FSB is the Plaintiff and JAMES L. DUNKELBERGER; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES L. DUNKELBERGER N/K/A Barbara Dunkelberg; and OLDE CYPRESS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC; and OLDE CYPRESS MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; and PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the first floor, atrium, of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 10 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, TRACT 5, OLDE CYPRESS, UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 84 THROUGH 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
