NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on September 10, 2012, at eleven o'clock, a.m. in the atrium, on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida, 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 57, Building 1014, TERRA WOODS PHASE OF THE COURTYARDS OF GOLDEN GATE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 963, Page 809 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; together with any and all amendments thereto and an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereunto.
