Final Judgment was awarded on August 9, 2012 in Civil Case No. 11-2010-CA-004576, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for coLLIER County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2006-AC4 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AC4, is the Plaintiff, and, DANIEL J. CERVONE; LYNN M. CERVONE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THEOUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MILANO SECTION III RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MILANO RECREATION ASSOCATION, INC.; JOH DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash IN THE ATRIUM, ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112 beginning at 11:00 AM on September 6, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 115, MILANO ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 69 THROUGH 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
