UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GERALD STEPHEN ALAJAJIAN a/k/a JERRY ALAJAJIAN, AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK
and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION,

NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 2 day of August, 2012, in Civil Action No. 12-CA-1360, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which GERALD STEPHEN ALAJAJIAN, et al., are the Defendants, and Iberiabank, as successor in interest to Orion Bank, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on September 4, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., at the 1st Floor Atrium, at the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Lot 17, Block G, Poinciana Village Unit 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 61, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the funds remaining after the sale, if any, must file a claim with the clerk No later than 60 days after this sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
