NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-10261-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. IBERIABANK is Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. CURIALE; HUONG VU CURIALE; GLOBAL MAINTENANCE & RESTORATION, INC.; CITY OF MARCO ISLAND, FLORIDA; THE SHERWIN-WILLIAMS COMPANY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 4 OF MARCO HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE(S) 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
