NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 9, 2012 in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-004565, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, US Bank National Association,as Trustee for Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp.,Home Equity Asset Trust 2006-4, Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates,Series 2006-4. is the Plaintiff, and, Wyneta Thelice, Jean M. Thelice, Lexington National Insurance Corporation, and Action Bail Bonds, Inc are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash IN THE ATRIUM, ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112 beginning at 11:00 AM on September 6, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 BLOCK 220 GOLDEN GATE UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 124-134, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
