NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 112011CA0034220001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and karen e. schwartz, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the 1st floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 55, Queens Park at Lago Verde, Phase One, in accordance with and subject to the plat recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 81 and 82, Public Records or Collier County, Florida

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
