NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0910311CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-HY07 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and BRIAN W. MOSS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the 1st floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 28, Block 594, MARCO BEACH UNIT TWENTY-THREE, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 81-83, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
