NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-01281 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-3, is the Plaintiff and Deborah L. Stackhouse; Edwin D. Stackhouse; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Pulte Mortgage LLC; Saturnia Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc.; defendants will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 341 12, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of September, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 291, SATURNIA LAKES PLAT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
