NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-10852-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of November 1, 2004 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-WHQ2, is the Plaintiff and Laudius Thimeau, Lorisana Thimeau, , are defendants will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 341 12, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 10th day of September, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1 IN BLOCK 29 OF GOLDEN GATE UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
