NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-019599-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and GOITREE NARAIN; LAKERAM NARAIN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CLERK OF THE COUNTY COURT OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 20th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 18.2 FEET OF LOT 8, ALL OF LOT 9, AND THE NORTH 21.8 FEET OF LOT 10, BLOCK A, CRESCENT HILL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK M, PAGE 42, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
