Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 9, 2009, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
lot 510, signature lakes parcel 1c, according to the plat recorded in plat book 61, page(s) 102, as recorded in the public records of orange county, florida a.P.N.: 27-23-27-8125-05-100
and commonly known as: 14654 OLD THICKET TRACE, WINTER GARDEN, FL 34787; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on September 10, 2012 at 11 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
