NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 9th day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-11483, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein TAYLOR, BEAN & WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA HATFIELD-BELL, THOMAS BELL, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 19th day of October 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 100' OF LOTS 1, 2, 3 AND 4, BLOCK 410, BITHLO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK H, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 2006 FLEETWOOD MOBILE HOME SER. NO. GAFL575A77177-IN21 AND GAFL575B77177-IN21.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
