NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 7 day of August, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-04914-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and KAMLAWATT YUSUFF A/K/A KAMIAWATT YUSUFF, BLACK LAKE PARK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., JANE DOE, JOHN DOE and KASSIM YUSUFF IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on MONDAY SEPTEMBER 24 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 211 OF BLACK LAKE PARK, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE(S) 4 THROUGH 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
