NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 9th day of August 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-00908, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and GUSTAVO VARGAS, CHARTRES GARDENS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC, HUNTER'S CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK NA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A GUISEPPE BANCARI IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 8th day of October, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 53 , OF CHARTRES GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGES 129 THROUGH 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
