NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated the 9th day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-025239-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC is the Plaintiff and EDUARDO SALARZANO MATIAS, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC, TRINIDAD M SOLORZANO A/K/A TRINIDAD M SALARZANO, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A ROLELIO PAEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 27th day of September, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK 9, TANGELO PARK SECTION THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
