NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated August 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-017789-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOAN SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOAN SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and NAYDA E. LOPEZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www. myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 108, IN BUILDING NO.2, OF SERENATA CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 8176, PAGE 1877, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
