NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 26th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-33276, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-10 is the Plaintiff and LANGELS E. MIRANDA, BANKATLANTIC, MEADOWS II AT BOGGY CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, WALESKA BURGOS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place online on the 14th day of September, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.corn. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 94, MEADOWS II AT BOGGY CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED
IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 34 THROUGH 36 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
