NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order dated the 26th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008ca028077o, ofthe Circuit Court ofthe 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MAY 1, 2007 MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2007HEl MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-HEl is the and ANTWIONE PEARSON, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR EQUIFIRST CORPORATION, VIRGINIA PEARSON and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 14 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
