NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated July 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-27287, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein bac home loans servicing, lp is the Plaintiff and diego a. giraldo; eagles landing neighborhood association, inc.; hunter's creek community association, inc., maria mercedes valencia a/k/a maria mercedes giraldo and unknown tenant (s); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on September 13, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 144, hunters creek tract 145, phase 3, as per plat thereof, recorded in plat book 17, page 40, of the public records of orange county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
