Final Judgment was awarded on August 14, 2012 in Civil Case No.:2010-CA-026679-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE RMAC REMIC TRUST, SERIES 2010-3 is the Plaintiff, and, JAIRO VEGA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAIRO VEGA; REGENT PARK OF ORLANDO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PIO-DPR HOLDINGS, INC.; GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY, A NEW YORK CORPORATION, GE CONSUMER & INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
