Final Judgment was awarded on August 14, 2012 in Civil Case No.:2010-CA-019611-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and, JOSE LEON; MARIA FLOREZ; SOUTHPORT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
