GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and GLORIA J HICKS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GLORIA J. HICKS; DAVID MCNEALY, JR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID MCNEALY, JR; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 24th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
