DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-A15, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-O UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and RICHARD L. ANDERSON; VIDA N. ANDERSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA; DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION; STATE OF FLORIDA; EAST ORLANDO SANCTUARY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants.
