AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff and JOHN T. ST. PIERRE A/K/A JOHN ST. PIERRE; ___,AS THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN T. ST. PIERRE A/K/A JOHN ST. PIERRE, IF ANY; JOHN DOE OR ANY OTHER PERSON IN POSSESSION; all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the named defendants, whether living or not, and whether said unknown parties claims as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or in any other capacity, claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendants are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM of the CHARLOTTE County Courthouse, in CHARLOTTE County, Florida, at 11:00 am on the 5th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
