RAU; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MATTHEW E. RAU; MATTHEW J. RAU; MARGARET A. RAU; PEACE RIVER AND PALM SHORES SOCIAL CLUB, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am on November 8th, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27 AND 28, BLOCK H, PEACE RIVER SHORES, UNIT 7, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 7A AND 7B, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
