EVANS; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, a corporation; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sate dated August 14th, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-1339 CC of the County Court of the 20th Judicial District in and for Charlotte county, Florida wherein Raleigh House of Port Charlotte - a Condominium, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Shirley A. Evans, Et Al are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00 a.m., on the 13th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Unit No. 219 of Raleigh House of Port Charlotte, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 466, Page 370, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Page 32, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

Commonly Known As: 21280 Brinson Avenue, Unit 219, Port Charlotte, FL 33952
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
