Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on September 14, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described real property:
Unit No. 315 of Chelsea House of Port Charlotte, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 490, Page 232, et seq., and all exhibits and amendments thereof, all of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida. Together with Parking Space C-15.

Commonly Known As: 2290 Aaron Street, Unit 315, Port Charlotte, Florida
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 12-0265 CC, Chelsea House of Port Charlotte, a Condominium, Inc., Plaintiff vs. Rafael Arnau, Deceased and Berta Arnau, Deceased, Defendant.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
