Condominium Unit 16-102, CHESAPEAKE COVE AT HAWTHORNE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded as Instrument Number 2006000234894, and any amendments and/or supplemental declarations thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on Plaintiff's attorney, Brian O.
