TRUST 2006-HE7 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE7, Plaintiff, and, Gregory James Schiek, et. al., are Defendants, The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on September 7, 2012 beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com for the following describe property:
LOT 9 AND THE WESTERLY 31 FEET OF LOT 10, FRANCIS J C SUBDIVISION, PLAT BOOK 6 PAGE 2 PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY.
