NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 3rd, 2012, and entered in 12-CA-053157 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R8, is the Plaintiff and FRANK SCHULTE A/K/A FRANK K. SCHULTE A/K/A FRANK C. SCHULTE; JACKIE SCHULTE A/K/A JACKIE K. SCHULTE A/K/A JACKIE C. SCHULTE are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on October 3, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 29, 30, AND 31, BLOCK 2862, OF CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION UNIT 41, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 2 THROUGH 14 of the PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
