NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-57105 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Chase Home Finance LLC, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Monserrate G. Santiago, deceased, Diana Figures a/k/a Diana Lebron Figures, as an Heir of the Estate of Monserrate G. Santiago, deceased, Tenant #1 n/k/a Dolly Diaz, Tenant #2 n/k/a Ramon Diaz, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 10 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
