I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 7 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
lot 49, winkler 39, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 75, pages 93 through 99, inclusive, public records of lee county, florida.
