NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 8 day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-69223, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N. A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK N. A., AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and JAMES W. ARNOLD; KATHERINE A. ARNOLD; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
