MARTIN and JEANETTE M. MARTIN, HUSBAND AND WIFE; STRATFORD PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.Lee.realforclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on September 10, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Unit 102 of Mount Vernon Building of Stratford Place, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 512, Page(s) 861 through 913 inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements
